Billing rates
Every hour charged at the rate that applied that day.
Keeping track of who pays what, and since when, is a job in itself. Set a rate once for each client and override it wherever a deal is different, and a raise only applies from the day you agreed it.
A rate is a timeline
Every rate sits on one line with its dates, so you can see at a glance what you charged when and what it came to.
Overrides where the deal differs
A project charges its client's rate until you give it one of its own, and a task works the same way with its project. A single line on a single day can have its own rate too, or be marked as not billable.
Nothing slips through unpriced
Hours without a rate are money you forget to ask for. Abejora flags them and shows you where a rate would fix it.
One currency per client
Each client is charged in its own currency, from euro to yen, and every amount for that client shows up in it.
The invoice is made elsewhere
Keep the invoicing or accounting tool you already use. Abejora works out what to charge and the CSV export carries the hours and amounts straight across.
Undo, and a record of every change
A wrong rate is one click from undone, and History keeps who set each rate and when.
