Roles you shape
Every team splits responsibility its own way, so roles bend to yours. Start with Admin and Member, then decide per role who sees or edits the team's time and who can touch the rates.

A member sees their own hours, and to see a colleague's they need a role that allows it.

Every change to hours and rates is kept with who made it and when, so a mistake is quick to find and put right.
