What Abejora does.
Abejora turns your hours into what each client owes you. Here's all of it, in the order you'll run into it.
Your week
This is where you'll spend most of your time, and you can fill it in without touching the mouse.
- Type durations the way you think of them, like 2:30. Tab takes you to the next day and Enter to the next row, and the totals keep up as you type.
- Each cell can carry a note about what the time was for. Alt+Enter opens it without taking your hands off the keyboard.
- A new week starts from the last one. Copy the tasks, or the tasks with their hours, and change whatever's different.
- From your week, ⌘K opens a palette where you can switch weeks or add a row.
Rates you set once
You give each client a rate and override it for the one project or task where the deal is different. Every rate has a start date, so a raise counts from the day you agreed it and older weeks keep the rate they were worked at.
History keeps each change with who made it and when, and reads it back to you entry by entry.
