What Abejora does.
One tool, one job: your hours become a number you can charge and defend. Here is the whole surface, in the order you'll meet it.
The weekly grid
Projects and tasks down, Monday to Sunday across. The grid is where you live, and it answers to the keyboard.
- Type durations as you think them: 2:30, tab to the next day, enter to the next row. Totals follow as you type, with no server round-trip between keystrokes.
- Notes live on the cell. The preview is preloaded and instant, and Alt+Enter edits it without leaving the keyboard.
- A new week starts from the last one: copy the tasks, or the tasks with their hours, and adjust.
- The ⌘K palette reaches everything else: switch weeks, add rows, jump to any screen.
Rates as rules
Set a rate per client. Override it for one project, or one task, where the deal differs. Date every rule, so a raise applies from the day it took effect and older weeks keep the rate they were worked at. Every hour resolves through that ladder; you never retype a number.
And every change is on the record: who changed what, when, from what to what. The History screen reads it back to you, entry by entry.

Reports that settle questions
Pick a period, filter by client, project or billability, and read: totals, time over time, and the project-by-task breakdown. Amounts stay hidden until you reveal them, so a shared screen never shows money by accident. When the numbers leave Abejora, they leave as CSV.
Built for the day you hire
Invite people and their hours land in the same workspace. Everyone fills their own week; roles decide who sees rates, reports and the money. One flat price covers the whole team.
